Ms. Clotiel Howard is a longtime advocate for abused and neglected children. She earned a B.S. degree in criminal justice and spent 13 years as a training manager for Court-Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) volunteers. As a Trust-Based Relational Intervention practitioner, her goal for children in foster care is that they have safe, conflict-free access to parents with whom they do not reside.
